Product Warranty, Limited Remedy and Disclaimer:
SHIELD PERFECT PTE LTD and the Authorized Window Film Dealer (collectively referred to as “Seller”) warrant to the original purchaser who owns and lives in the residence where PROSHIELD™ Window Film is installed, and provided that the product is maintained in accordance with the Window Care Instructions, that the PROSHIELD™ Window Films will:
• Maintain Solar Reflective Properties without cracking, crazing, or peeling
• Maintain Adhesion Properties without blistering, bubbling, or delaminating from the glass
• Maintain Appearance without discoloration
• Maintain Strength, Tear, and Penetration Resistant Properties as defined in product literature.
The adhesive or profile Product will meet SHIELD PERFECT Product specifications in effect at time of installation.
This shall not cover failure due to disintegration of the underlying substrate, movement of the structure exceeding specification for elongation and/or compression, changes in appearance of the adhesive due to dirt or other contaminates, tampering or other modifications applied after installation.
Film warranty is void if the attachment system is removed for reasons other than to replace product found defective under this warranty.
Terms & Conditions of Sales
The deposit paid herein is non refundable. The balance shall be paid in full upon the completion of the job. All orders confirmed are subject to stock availability.
Delivery dates and timings are subject to changes. In the event of any cancellation, customer shall pay 80% of the total amount stated in the invoice. Delivery must be executed within 1 month - unless otherwise stated or agreed by customer.
On the expiry date of the specified period, Shield Perfect Pte Ltd reserves the rights to forfeit all deposits and cancel the orders. Customer shall inspect goods upon installation. Should there be any complaints, it must be made known to us upon the installation.

1. Installation of window films is highly recommended to be done in a clean environment. However, almost all job sites are not 100% dust free, thus some dust particles may be trapped in between the film and glass during installation.
2. Our experienced installers will minimize this and assure you that the performance of the film is not compromised.
3. A general rule of thumb is to observe the glass panels from six feet away (as per IWFA standard).
4. Slight gaps may be observed along the edges and corners of the window frames after installation. This is usually due to the window frame conditions - e.g. unevenness of the silicone rubber gasket, etc.
5. Under certain lighting conditions, iridescence or ‘rainbow’ effect on solar film may be exhibited. This unintended feature is a result of scratch resistant protection coating in the construction of the film and this must not be viewed as a physical defect of the film.
6. Drying time for a film application is approximately 60 days, During this period, any haziness or milky appearance will soon disappear.
7. All water bubbles (except for corners of the window) will dry out, but a few particles may be apparent when dry.These particles will only be seen if you get close to the glass, which is something we ordinarily do not do. Minimal dust particles & air bubbles may be observed along window corners and must not be deemed as workmanship defects under warranty terms.
8. We are not responsible for any moving or removing of obstructions to the glass panels.Shield Perfect Pte Ltd will not be responsible for any damages or breakage of the glass or objects. Customers are to ensure that the job site is in a clean condition and enough spaces for installation.
9. Shield Perfect Pte Ltd will not be liable for any defects of films if installation is done under dusty environment.
10. The warranty herein shall only be applicable when installation is done by our professional installers.
11. The warranty shall be immediately ceased and become void if unauthorized repair, tampering, alteration or modification is made to the product.
12. In the case where installations cannot be completed or partially completed due to customers’ faults in any circumstances, customer shall be liable for a minimal transportation fee for any additional or further job schedule.
13. All PROSHIELD™ window film
(PRO70;PRO50;PRO40;PRO35;PRO15;PRO05;PRO BLACKOUT;PRO FROSTED;PRO MIRROR BLUE;PRO MIRROR 20;V7025)
are subjected to 1 to 12 years limited product warranty against workmanship only. Please see catalogue on the shield perfect Pte ltd ‘s website for details on warranty duration for each window film model.
13.1 First year - Service is free of charge for material, and labor. (Does not include any other charges such as scaffolding cost and any euqipments that are required to rectify window film installed and any other costs which are not included in the invoice or quotation.)
13.2 Starting From Second Year onward - Labor costs & Transportation charges apply. (Labor and Transportation charges determined by Shield Perfect Pte Ltd only)
14. In the case that the original windows are color-coated or tinted, Shield Perfect Pte Ltd shall not be held liable for any scratches caused during the installation and removal process in any situation.
15. Shield Perfect Pte Ltd reserve the right to amend " PROSHIELD™ Warranty Terms and Conditions" without prior notice to all affected customers
16. Window films are being produced through different production cycles, thus every batch of film may differs in color; specifications (eg: PRO50 installed at your unit is dark blue tint color, new batch of film with even darker blue or lighter blue color and this must not deemed as warranty fault. Customers are to accept the claim or not to proceed with the claim). Shield Perfect Pte Ltd shall has its Liability exempted from above warranty claims.

Important Notice: Window Care Instructions PROSHIELD™ Window Films may be washed with common washing solutions, including ammonia-based products, thirty (30) days after installation. Abrasive type cleaning agents and bristle brushes which would scratch the film must not be used. Synthetic sponges, squeegees, or soft cloths are recommended to be used with the cleaning solution. To maintain your warranty, do not use tape or other adhesive products on the film.
The Product Warranty applies only when Product is maintained in accordance with Window Care Instructions, when the Product is properly installed. This Product Warranty does not cover misuse, abuse or acts of God. This Product Warranty covers SINGAPORE. Installations only.
