The deposit made for the order is non-refundable, and the balance must be paid in full after the completion of the job. All orders are subject to stock availability.
Delivery dates and timings may change. If a cancellation occurs, the customer is required to pay 80% of the total amount mentioned in the invoice. Delivery must be executed within one month, unless otherwise agreed upon by the customer.
On the expiry date of the specified period, Shield Perfect Pte Ltd reserves the right to forfeit all deposits and cancel the order. Upon installation, the customer shall inspect the goods, and any complaints must be communicated to us immediately.

Warranty Terms & Conditions:
- The warranty only covers the mesh/system if it is broken naturally. (replacement of 304 stainless steel(or polyester pet mesh) retractable mesh only happens if the mesh is bitten by cat/damaged naturally to a minimal size of 5cm x 5cm).
- The warranty covers a faulty sliding door mesh track system with no visible human damage.
- For the first 12 months, service is free of charge for material and labor, excluding any other charges like scaffolding or transportation costs.
- From the 13th month onwards, labor and transportation charges will apply (determined by Shield Perfect Pte Ltd only). If mesh products cannot be repaired and require replacement, the cost of the replaced mesh product will be charged at half the price on the invoice. This mesh product replacement cost is on top of the labor and transportation charges. For instance, if an invoice was signed for size 150*150 and charged $300 for supply and install in 2022, and the customer requires a replacement in 2023, they will have to pay $150 plus labor and transportation costs.
- The warranty is void if the attachment system is removed for reasons other than to replace a defective product under this warranty.
